RESERVATIONS
Reservations can only be made by phone. Contact us at
816-640-5788 if you live in the Kansas City metro area or
toll-free at 1-877-272-5788 if you live outside the Kansas City
area. We do take calls from 8:00AM until 10:00PM each day.
Reservations are guaranteed by advance payment or valid credit
card number and expiration date. You may also contact us by
email at innatwestonlanding@kc.rr.com to check on availability.
CANCELLATIONS
Full refund if cancelled 7 days or more in advance of the date of
reservation. Less than 7 days notice, 100% penalty. All
cancellations must be received by telephone and we do not honor
cancellations left on our email or voicemail due to the fallibility of
those machines.
SMOKING
Smoking is only allowed in designated OUTSIDE areas.
CHECK IN/CHECK OUT
Normal check-in hours are 4:00 until 6:00PM. Earlier or later
check-in only with prior arrangement. Check-out time is 11:00AM.
SPA HOURS
Spa hours are 8:00AM until 10:00PM. Towels are provided.
CHILDREN
Children twelve years of age and older are always welcome at the
Inn. Younger children can sometimes be accommodated on
weekdays and also when the entire Inn is booked by one party,
such as for a reunion or wedding. Parents are responsible for any
breakage or damage.
